The hotel is very old and the infrastructure is lagging way behind. During my two nights stay, I had to constantly resort to the emergency stairs because the elevators (all three of them) were either broken, unresponsive or extremely slow. The emergency stairs are not well lit - lights are not automatic and trying to find the light switch in the dark was an herculean task. Staff was nice, but seemed a bit lost at what to do and where the emergency exits were located. I would expect those problems in 1-, maybe 2-star hotels, but not a hotel that charged $420 for two nights... O hotel é muito velho e a infraestrutura deixa bastante a desejar. Durante minha estadia – 2 noites – tive que recorrer constantemente ao uso das escadas de emergência, já que os elevadores – todos os três – estavam quebrados, demoravam demais ou sequer respondiam ao chamado. Isso não seria nenhum problema não fossem as escadas de emergência extremamente mal conservadas e mal iluminadas – os interruptores eram praticamente impossíveis de ser localizados. A equipe do hotel era simpática, mas aparentemente não equipadas para prover informações acerca da localização das saídas de emergência e da iluminação das mesmas. Esperaria esses problemas de um hotel de 1 ou 2 estrelas, mas não de um hotel que me cobrou $420 por duas noites...

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained and spotless rooms. The breakfast and dinner options were impressive, with a wide variety of delicious choices. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request.this hotel provided excellent service and amenities.

Nothing not too like.

The location was perfect for us, as it was close to some key attractions. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and we really enjoyed the comfortable bed and the nice view from the window. the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from and the staff was helpful and always ready to assist us.

The facilities seemed quite outdated, and some of the elevators were out of service or extremely slow. the cleanliness of the carpet and shower area was not up to par, and some parts of the hotel seemed a bit run down.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, providing us with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout our stay. The television in the room provided great entertainment options when we wanted to unwind. Additionally, the staff here were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

We would highly recommend this hotel to all.

However, the dinner options were a bit weak and there was no wine available to accompany the meal. The staff was friendly enough, but the limited English proficiency made communication a bit challenging. I would not recommend this hotel for its outdated infrastructure and lackluster service.

Let me start by saying that my experience at this hotel during my Christmas stay was very disappointing. The hotel itself is quite old and in need of a major renovation.
